All the effort aimed at achieving excellence has paid off, since you can now get the best products that could previously only exist in your wildest of dreams. You can trust a company that provides one of the best optics museums with over 1,000 exhibits to produce an exceptional product. That is exactly what they did by producing the VR ONE Plus. That means there’s no way to adjust either the distance between the lenses and your eyes or the interpupillary distance. For most users, this is important. The lenses provides approximately 100 degrees Field of View. The imagery is crisp and clear however does give a bit of a fishbowl experience until you get a little used to it. Initially we got some headaches like when you first wear glasses and it can be a little disorienting. Once we got used to the unit a bit more it gets better but as with any vr headset you should limit your time and take breaks often. If you prefer VR gaming, you will like Pansonite. It weighs 1.1 pounds and is lightweight as compared to the Plus. I like Pansonite’s ergonomic design that lets me watch VR for extended periods.

I did not like the two apps from Zeiss due to their limited features. The VR One AR and VR One Cinema are made specifically for the Plus.The generous nose cavity also ensures that snouts of all sizes can be accommodated. However, it does mean that you can see through to the world around you when looking downwards. This proved a little disorientating, and can give you quite a headache. Design/ Fit... I mean, I have a larger than average nose, but it's not giant. The part that sits on your nose is very uncomfortable. I think if my nose were small it wouldn't be as big of an issue. I just wish they had padding around that area so the sharp edge doesn't rest on my nose.

These goggles fulfill the minimum need for cardboard on steroids. The phone holder is best for the +plus models where the smaller phones included the 8 need better positioning to get them right. the slight bit of foam in the holder does help aligning the phone to the view. The VR One Cinema app is much more useful. It's a video play that puts you inside a virtual theater. A series of buttons appear mid-air in front of the screen, and you can make selections by staring at a button. It can play MP4 movies stored locally on yourconnected device, showing them on the theater screen when selected.

It doesn’t come with any buttons on controls and is just a viewer. The Plus has two binocular styled lenses that allow you to watch split screen VR content. The Zeiss VR One Plus supports phones 4.7″ to 5.5″ with it’s removable universal tray. An optional Magnetic Controller is available. No IPD adjustments available but the eye-box design provides good general coverage for typical Interpupillary Distance. It’s got solid build quality and room enough to comfortably wear glasses underneath. The combined MSRP is a bit lofty but can be found less expensive online. Overall, it's a good product that really depends on the content you play on it (though apps and youtube). Most videos on youtube we're cool and some of the apps. Other apps looked like a roughed up 1998 computer game (Super outdated).
